3525 Turtle Creek Blvd. is one of the premier addresses in Dallas. Known for it’s historicity and notable past residents, it is a historic landmark in its own right. And, as it has been in the past, the tenants have impeccable taste.
Enter: the book signing for our friend Mark Doty’s Lost Dallas. Held at the spectacular home of two of his friends, Doty’s book came to life as we enjoyed samplings of Dallas – both old and new.
The pictures I took don’t even begin to do this apartment justice. With views that overlook Turtle Creek Park and the Dallas skyline sparkling at sunset – I hardly recognized my city.
So, enjoy what we were able to capture (with the owners’ permission, of course). A mixture of vintage and modern, velvet and acrylic, trendy and classic. From the chandeliers to the sconces, Kennedy swag to East Asian sculptures, this apartment seriously had it all.
