Dessert for Christmas dinner was milk chocolate ganache, vanilla panna cotta, and coco whipped cream. For a garnish, we shaved some dark chocolate and white chocolate and sprinkled them on top. The dessert was sinfully yummy!
My secret weapon…my mother’s hand-mixer that she received as a wedding present 33 years ago.
The mixer works better than any of the other hand mixers I’ve used and is labeled so you know what speed to use for whatever you are making. If you bought a hand mixer today, I’m not sure you would still be using it 30+ years later. Sometimes vintage is better!
